30 - Minute Gimbaled Hourglass Our museum reproduction hourglass is cleverly gimbaled. Hanging from its matching brass wall hook, it flips over to restart. Desk-bound, it makes a handsome accessory. This hourglass once governed time on board a french admiralty vessel.

Bosun's Whistle To man the sails, go aloft, or defend the ship in action, "All hands on deck" was one of the commands blown by the Bosun's Mates on these whistle's whose shapes have been unchanged over five centuries. Our brass and copper whistles come with instructions for use, including "calls" to run a tight ship. Chain is included.
